Learners

Went to Vicroads on Thursday to sit for my learners test and got 'em; 94%! Finally, I can drive.

Lovely!

Headed over to Pancake Parlour on Thursday night with Phil and Mary for dinner. Originally we we had planned to go the hot pot with the others but Phil wanted to go try Pancake Parlour and I didn't really feel like hot pot so we split and left (sorry guys!).

Food was average and I'm so annoyed I missed the spaceship launch (thanks for not reminding me Phil!). After dinner we met up with the others again and then a few of us went over to Andy's place to spend the night.

You've Got Mail

Woke up this morning and was pleasantly surprised to find this package on the kitchen table.

My Speed magazines had arrived! This was my favorite magazine before they stopped being made (2006ish?) and I remember buying the odd copy back when I was in primary school.

Anyway, I was just on JDMST last week one night and happened to find these for sale. Better still, all the issues the seller had for sale were ones I was missing so I bought them straight away. Happy reading ahead!

Went to see Monsters vs. Aliens in 3D last Wednesday at Glenny with Andy, Phil and Carmen. I was really looking forward to seeing it as the trailers looked pretty good and it did not disappoint! Such an enjoyable movie; B.O.B. was very funny and the characters were great. 3D was kind of a waste though with only one 'image comes out of the screen' moment at the start.
